Concept maps Essay Example | Topics and Well Written Essays - 250 words

Idea maps - Essay Example A fundamental attribute of the idea map is that it utilizes progression in speaking to the different ideas. The highest point of the guide contains the general and most comprehensive ideas and the less broad and explicit ideas are at the base of the guide. Additionally the idea map is best built regarding a specific inquiry known as the center inquiry (Novak and Canas, 2011). In this way the progressive structure of the guide depends on the information area as well as the setting in which it is applied. Hence it is viable in catching information and to get ready for a specialist framework. The cross-joins highlight of the idea map is another indispensable element which interfaces the different ideas in the guide. It assists with understanding the connection between the information that is spoken to in the guide (Novak and Canas, 2011). In catching of information it is indispensable to have coherence and connection the different ideas. Additionally in a specialist framework it is required to have the option to follow the foundation of different ideas and how different ideas collaborate or identified with one another. This is made conceivable by the idea. Consequently, an idea map is an exceptionally successful plan strategy yet additionally outrageous consideration must be taken in developing the idea map. Kingdoms of Life Assignment Example | Topics and Well Written Essays - 1250 words

Realms of Life - Assignment Example Life pattern of jungle fever parasite comprises of two hosts. During the time spent blood supper, female Anopheles mosquito that is jungle fever contaminated infuses sporozoites into its host (human) (stage 1). Immunized sporozoites at that point contaminate cells of the liver (stage 2) and form into schizonts (stage 3), which at long last burst and release merozoites (stage 4). Merozoites are answerable for diseases in red platelets. RhizopusThe life pattern of Rhizopus nigricans (dark bread shape) is indistinguishable with a few individuals from phylum Zygomycota. Shape encounters both incessant times of sexual and abiogenetic generation. Gametangia join (meld) in the primary multiplication stage (sexual). The outcomes from these combinations are Zygosporangium, which at that point frames a thick coat anticipating great conditions to continue further with advancement. Positive conditions will give path for germination of zygosporangium into sporangium. At long last, abiogenetic mul tiplication follows. In agamic multiplication, sporangium produces spores, which are eventually scattered. FernFerns have sporangia that are answerable for creation of spores (stage 1). Through meiosis, spores, connoted significantly the chromosomes of parent plant, are delivered (stage 2). Delivered spores are then discharged to the air. On the off chance that they land on soil with reasonable developing conditions, they form into gametophytes (which are altogether isolated plant plants). FrogThe life cycle starts with mating process-regularly alluded to as amplexus (stage 1). The procedure can last various days.

Chapter Two: Design

Section Two: Design 2.1 Chapter Overview This section presents a rundown of the survey of writing with respect to the subject of structure and catches different viewpoints and contemplations on this. Different considerations, procedure and research especially identified with the structure procedure are investigated. This part incorporates the definitions, attributes, conversations and uses of structure. It is planned that this section should give some free foundation on the comprehension from the structure procedure and its improvement in todays universe of configuration investigate. While the writing audit gives a valuable foundation of momentum look into in the material, procedure and RM frameworks, the writing accessible on the structure angle for RM items is seriously constrained. Initial a survey of the writing for meaning of the term configuration is introduced. A conversation of the demonstration of structuring at that point follows. Next, the kind of information related with configuration has been talked about. At last, different contemplations of procedure of configuration have been evaluated. This presentation ought to furnish the peruser with a setting for deciphering the rest of the parts of this report. The full form of this section can be alluded to Appendix 3. 2.2 Chapter Summary Configuration is a perplexing action, including antiques, individuals, instruments, procedure, associations and the earth in which this happens. This part has investigated and talked about the subject of plan and catches different perspectives and considerations on this. Different considerations, procedure and research especially identified with the structure are investigated. Notwithstanding, the suspicion that there exists a lot of all around acknowledged structure process is a territory that can be additionally investigated. Convincingly, structure is viewed as a potential however emotional procedure. This prompts various arrangements of translation being utilized by various scientists. While there might be some question about the exact meaning of the term plan, it is perceived as a deliberate and imaginative action. In synopsis, structure looks to make things to fulfill certain necessities in new manners that improves the nature of lives. In item plan, an assortment of necessities must be viewed as running from usefulness and ease of use to joy. In any case, structure is something beyond deciphering a lot of necessities into an item. Additionally, and all the more significantly, it includes finding new necessities. Hence, plan includes discovering issues and arrangements at the same time, and this is the place inventiveness is significant. Structuring an item includes a consistent dynamic procedure that incorporates critical thinking in a successive design and examination of limitations at each progression. Item fashioners conceptualize and assess thoughts, making them substantial through items in an increasingly precise methodology. The job of an item originator envelops numerous qualities of the showcasing director, item supervisor, mechanical planner and configuration engineer. The job of the item creator consolidates workmanship, science and innovation to make substantial three-dimensional merchandise. This developing job has been encouraged by advanced apparatuses that permit creators to impart, imagine and break down thoughts in a way that would have taken more prominent labor previously. (This shows up in indistinguishable structure in Wikipedia!) Various conventional structures and systems to all the more likely comprehend the plan procedure have been recommended from a wide range of controls by numerous scientists. The majority of them have combined upon the general structure proposed by Pahl and Beitzs. Pahl and Beitz (1996) plot a model of the structure procedure for mechanical plan that considers the succession of stages, yet in addition what the yield of each stage. They isolated the structure procedure into four stages that incorporates arranging and explanation of the undertaking, calculated plan, exemplification structure and detail plan. Be that as it may, this exploration is worry with the comprehension of the plan procedure for Rapid Manufactured items. One of the goals is to see how the structure procedure functions and how it is found out and performed by expert and master planners. The point of the exploration is to help the plan procedure with the guide of PCs. At long last, this section has given some foundation on the comprehension of the structure procedure and its advancement in todays universe of configuration inquire about. Part Three: Computer Support Tools for Design 3.1 Chapter Overview This part presents a diagram of different apparatuses to create CAD models for RM forms and the choice emotionally supportive networks, instruments and methods used to help the structure procedure. The full record of this section can be alluded to Appendix 4. 3.2 Chapter Summary Computational apparatuses assume a fundamental job in offering help for the creator, as a result of their speed and ability for taking care of enormous measures of data at genuinely low expenses. There are different techniques to help creator to produce CAD models, for example, CAD programming projects, figuring out and haptic gadgets. Computer aided design customarily alludes to PC apparatus to imagine, depict, alter and test made antiques, which are presently a basic piece of all assembling and creation forms. Computer aided design frameworks frequently includes something other than shapes. Computer aided design has advanced to fuse a few different uses of PC joining with building, assembling and reproduction. Computer aided design presently offers the capacity of freestyle surface demonstrating and strong displaying activities that permits client to make practically any perplexing geometry and photograph reasonable rendered pictures. Figuring out is a significant device to create CAD models. To figure out a section, the part is estimated by an arrange estimating machine (CMM) or a 3D laser scanner. The utilization of figuring out innovation expands the general precision, yet additionally improved the efficiency of assembling process. There are different regions of uses of haptics gadgets. In assembling, haptics can help structure for get together and for fast plan and prototyping. In PC helped structure, architects can encounter constant subtleties with their hands, for example, needed or undesirable antiques of a plan which are hard to show outwardly. It is additionally conceivable to evaluate human practicality of complex frameworks before they are fabricated . The expanding intensity of PC has lead to the improvement of programming, apparatuses and strategies to help the plan movement especially to settle on structure choices. The vast majority of the choice help devices are identified with the information base frameworks or regularly called as master framework. Master frameworks are PC programs that are gotten from a part of software engineering research called Artificial Intelligence (AI). AIs logical objective is to comprehend knowledge by building PC programs that display astute conduct (Boyle 1989). It is worried about the ideas and strategies for representative deduction, or thinking, by a PC, and how the information used to make those derivations will be spoken to inside the machine. The primary attributes of the Expert Systems can be quickly portrayed as: decreased dynamic time, upgrade of critical thinking capacities, a catch of restricted skill and its dissemination, an expanded yield, efficiency and quality; openness to informat ion, capacity to work with deficient data and arrangement of training(Ziemian, Crawn 2001). There are a few strategies used to help the dynamic procedure, for example, Case-Based Reasoning (CBR), fluffy rationale, Artificial Neural Network, Rule Base System and Ontology. CBR is a critical thinking procedure dependent on the adjustment of past models that are like the current problem(Maher, Balachandran Zhang 1995). An Artificial Neural Network (ANN) is a data handling worldview that is roused by the way natural sensory systems, for example, the mind, process data (Moridis, Economides, 2009). Fluffy are created utilizing the technique for fluffy rationale, which manages vulnerability. This method, which utilizes the scientific hypothesis of fluffy sets, mimics the procedure of ordinary human thinking by permitting the PC to carry on less exactly and sensibly than traditional PCs (Shu-Hsien Liao 2005). Rules are likely the most widely recognized type of information portrayal and they are available in most Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications, for example, Expert Systems and Decision Support Systems (Obot, Uzoka 2009). Rule base framework utilizes manages as the information portrayal for information coded into the framework for example information is put away as rules. Rules ordinarily appear as on the off chance that, at that point explanation. Metaphysics in both software engineering and data science is a conventional portrayal of a lot of ideas inside an area and the connections between those ideas (Shu-Hsien Liao 2005). Cosmology is an arrangement of jargon, which is utilized as a principal idea for depicting the assignment/space information o be distinguished. This jargon is utilized as a correspondence premise between space specialists and information engineers. Then again, there are various determination instrument for RP framework has been created since 1993 (Masood, Soo 2002). The choice of the most appropriate RM process is subject to components, for example, fabricate envelope, precision, material, form speed and other machine related parameters. This section has investigated and talked about the general outline of the different instruments to produce CAD models for RM forms and the choice emotionally supportive networks, apparatuses and procedures to help the structure procedure. Different CAD information advancement frameworks and instrument have been investigated. Moreover, different master frameworks advancements that help the dynamic procedure have likewise been investigated. Definitively, CAD and figuring out innovation are the most notable CAD information advancement frameworks. Furthermore, master frameworks are the most notable choice help apparatus that have been utilized for different applications. Having gotten generally utilized for a wide scope of utilizations, som

Target vs. Walmart free essay sample

When a worker is recruited, a great deal of cash is contributed to guarantee appropriate preparing of every single representative. Target gives a valiant effort to attempt to guarantee they recruit great colleagues, yet extraordinary directors to lead the colleagues. After a worker is recruited, they impart their witticism of â€Å"Fast, Fun, and Friendly† into every representative. Target needs every representative to follow this proverb. Indeed, even dialect at Target has had a constructive outcome. For instance, Target doesn't call individuals who come and in shop clients, rather they call them visitors. They need to guarantee their visitors feel comfortable. My examination is about Target being the best in client care contrasted with other retail chains. I am going to discover studies, articles, and do an investigation with the class. I plan on indicating proof that since Target has actualized various strategies, which is the thing that makes them fruitful. We will compose a custom exposition test on Target versus Walmart or then again any comparable point explicitly for you Don't WasteYour Time Recruit WRITER Just 13.90/page I used to never shop at Target in light of the fact that other retail locations are nearer to my home. In the wake of working at Target and perceiving how the store was assembled and the sort of preparing representatives experience, I will consistently be a Target client. While working at Target, I generally contemplated internally, â€Å"If just Wal-Mart would execute the advances and preparing that Target representatives get, they would be amazing. † I have no clue why Wal-Mart won’t get walkies for each deal floor worker. At the point when I stroll into a Walmart, Meijer, Kroger, and so forth , I realize I will have an extremely tough time finding a worker who knows where the things are that I need. At the point when I go into a Target, I have certainty that any business floor individual can support me. My exploration is from individual information and from a diary article I found through the UC library site. In July 2010, Consumer Reports did a rating of 11 stores and in best to most noticeably awful the stores positioned were: Costco, Dillard’s, Kohl’s, JCPenny, Target, Sam’s Club, Sears, Macy’s, Meijer, Wal-Mart, and Kmart. I’m not under any condition amazed that Wal-Mart was underdog to last and furthermore not astonished that Target is straight up there with retail chains. Wal-Mart had the most noticeably terrible conceivable rating in: returns, checkout, store issues, and item nature of garments things. All in all, if Wal-Mart would concentrate on client care as they do low costs, they would be relentless. Walkies might be a huge cost, nonetheless, I accept they will pay for themselves. They will have the option to discover things faster for clients, look voluntarily run smoother, and due to the better client care, they will see an expansion in rehash clients. I worked at Target from _________________ I got to by and by experience what extraordinary collaboration truly is. In that time, I increased significant aptitudes that I’ll have for an amazing remainder. Each Target store is a director driven store. Generally, Target does a great activity recruiting incredible individuals who can lead groups. Be that as it may, for my situation, now and then Target neglects rotten ones through the breaks. Target has a store chief, Executive Team Leaders for every office, group pioneers for every office, two brand colleagues in softlines (dress, shoes, and extras) and one brand group in hardlines. From what I for one saw, on the off chance that you have incredible chiefs colleagues will cooperate all the more viably and be glad. In softlines, the ETL and group captain were predisposition and savage. Softlines continually had individuals changing out of the office, were continually griping, and softlines had a higher turn-over rate. How Stores Stack Up! † Consumer Reports Vol. 75, Issue 7, p. 20-21 (July 2010) For my introduction to the class, I’m going to do a trial. In the event that the library permits me, I will acquire two walkies. On the off chance that walkies are inaccessible, I can utilize PDAs as a reinforcement. I’m going to request 4 volunteers. There will be Team Target and Team Wal-Mart. I will give one individual in each group a thing that a client will request (I will be the client). I will at that point give Team Target the walkies. I will ask the individuals with the things to go anyplace they need to inside or outside of Flory, far out. I will at that point imagine I’m a client and approach the two individuals for the thing that I sent with their partners. I will have the two groups utilize the present specialized strategy that the stores they speak to utilize. Group Target will jump on the walkie and state, â€Å"Team, where would i be able to discover (whatever thing it is I will give them)? † The other Target colleague will say, â€Å"It’s in (and give their area). † Team Wal-Mart will utilize the speculating strategy and need to search for where their colleague is. I will time them both and see who can help the client quicker.

Collaboration and Motivation - Essay Example Advancement and expanded efficiency are conceivable if representatives are prepared and instructively inspired. Persistent learning and representative preparing ought to be arranged by the association through their residency at some customary interim of time. This outcomes to higher inspiration as well as lower turnover. Preparing likewise gets ready representatives to expect more command over their occupations and less management, consequently assembling better worker dedication, fulfillment, and motivation. In the inspiration plan, consistent assessment in a particular cycle ought to be an unquestionable requirement accomplish for the essential point of estimating progress and deciding requirements for enhancements. This will involve estimation of perspectives, spirit, and workforce inspiration to decide manners by which the structure and execution of the arrangement at any rate once for a year (Deming, 2013).A genuine upper hand for an association is accomplished through all around prepared and roused human asset co-ordinating their endeavors and vitality imperatively for the entity’s objectives of quickening execution, bringing down turnover and expanding productivity. In supporting the components the two-factor hypothesis (Hygiene-hypothesis) by Fredrick Herzberg can be utilized so as to comprehend the variables affecting people groups' mentalities and work. As per this hypothesis, fulfillment is brought about by (satisfiers) factors identified with work itself, accomplishment, acknowledgment, and obligation. He contends that inspiration is an internal power driving people to individual and authoritative objective accomplishment.

Similar Views of Human Nature Essay - 1100 Words

Similar Views of Human Nature (Essay Sample) Content: Pico and Luther have basically similar views of human nature, human abilities and the purpose of life on earthStudentà ¢Ã¢â€š ¬s name:Institutional affiliation:I do agree with the similar views of human nature, human abilities and the purpose of life on earth. According to Luther, the nature human was created moral by God, however, it has been completely corrupted by evil. It is not simply that we do lack the determination power to always do what is known to be right, even though that is definitely true. But our sanities and our reasoning are also despoiled, and therefore our judgment of the right and the wrong is also untrustworthy.Luther claims that human nature was made good by God, but it has been corrupted by sin. He says that humans do not have the will, influence to do what they know is right. Their senses and reasoning is also corrupted and so judgement of moral and immoral is also unreliable. This view of tainted, wicked human nature every day, for Luther, n ot only to the cursed, but also to the salvaged (Wright, 2010). Those selected by God for clemency are no superior than those for damnation-they stay sinners, but forgiven ones. Any quantity of independence for deliverance takes away from the supremacy and glory of God, and our reliance on God. He did not believe that it was likely for humans to be sinless or prevail over the original or explicit sin.Pico claims that humans were created last by God, and that His drive, in their creation, was to satisfy his wish for them to appreciate the beauty of his world. Pico also believed that after Humans were created and given both divine and earthly qualities, they could turn into whatever they chose. Pico concludes that human classification among the heavenly directive of things was that though some people were holy, others were worse than animals, and this difference of personality among the humans only aided to raise their prominence and distinctiveness from all other creatures (Praag, 1982).Pico considers human to have the capacity of freedom, meaning that nature and spiritual things had no freedom since they could never change themselves. Things change in nature due to being forced to change by force from something else. However, humans are the only part of creation that is granted the freedom to change themselves at their own free will. The greatest human ability is to be able to express or apprehend the human experience. In this view, the freedom principle granted by God to humanity is freedom of inquiry. According to Pico, christian view of eternal punishment or even reward was unacceptable. With humans characteristic to change themselves, it will be impossible to lose the capability in the afterlife (Praag,1982). Therefore, eternal damnation is illogical, since it argues that the human soul does not have the ability to reform after death.According to Luther, Christians have the ability to liberate themselves from slavery to sin and the law. He asserts that f reedom and righteousness have a relationship with the inward soul and the outward body, and therefore outward works can not bring inward freedom and righteousness (Wright, 2010). This means that Christians do not need the law and are therefore free from it since they are completely justified by their faith and freedom. According to him, humans have the ability to do the good that lies within them, and therefore they cannot be saved without cooperating with the righteousness given by God. He contends on the complete failure of humans to live up to Godà ¢Ã¢â€š ¬s commandment. Works of the law cannot advance oneà ¢Ã¢â€š ¬s standing, but the grace of God can do with salvation.Pico argues that humans were able to learn from the other existing creatures and imitating them also. He ascertains that when a human being meditates, he climbs the series of being near the angels, and closeness with God. According to him, when humans fail to exercise their intellect, they vegetate (Praag,1982). This system implies that philosophers like himself are among the dignified human creatures. This indication that men could go up the chain of being through the use of their rational capacities was a philosophical endorsement of the self-esteem of human existence in this worldly life. The basis of this dignity lay in his affirmation that only human beings can change themselves via their own will freely. He saw from history that beliefs and institutes were continuously in change, making human's ability of self-transformation the only unceasing. United with his conviction that all of creation institutes a figurative reflection of the mysticism of God, Pico's beliefs had a deep influence on the arts, assisting to uplift writers and painters from their primitive role as simple artisans to the Resurgence ideal of the artist as an intellect (Praag,1982).Luther claims that righteousness only comes from God and not from the humans. He argues that faith alone makes somebody just and fulfills the law. According to him, humans were degenerate to the last fiber of being. He also ascertained that desire and reasoning could not be trusted to lead human beings to the moral safety, for both had been corrupted in the fall by humans. Luther goes ahead and argues that adhering to the Godà ¢Ã¢â€š ¬s laws strictly is not enough to ensure salvation to anyone (Wright, 2010). This means that there is nothing humans can do to ensure salvation. To him, salvation is not a state to be achieved by anyone, it is a state to be received through the grace of God. Godà ¢Ã¢â€š ¬s commandments only consents human beings to endure through limiting moral turmoil and the penalties of sinfulness. According to Luther, it is not intellectual speculation to play with philosophies. It remains a feeling, an experience and a very thoughtful tussle of the heart. For Luther, Christian virtue is, truly, deliverance, and that is why we have salvation now sinc...

Buddhism Vs Christianity - Free Essay Example

Religion is one of the most valued things in human society. It is what constitutes a country, group or society of individuals together. Although, in other cases it brings up problems and destroys unity between people. Religion is the belief that humans have in a divine entity which controls the Universe. In multiple religions, there is more than one of these godlike entities. Every religion has differences between each other, but the most part of them look for right morals and justice in life. The topic of this essay is the differences between the Asian religion Buddhism and Christianity and the similarities as well corresponding the Divine law: Justice and Punishment. The way Buddhist approaches justice starts with how individuals behave. They are based in the moral law of Karma, to which they relate everything that happens in their life and in which good actions generate positive consequences and bad actions negative ones. Since it is centered on the monastery, Buddhism has based itself from the five precepts of good conduct (not commit sexual wrong, not to kill, not partake of intoxicants, and not to steal or lie) and it acknowledges the existing political regime (doesnt go against it). The people who rule in this society, in the other hand, often patronize the sangha, giving a lot of protection and resources, in exchange for the blessing of the monks. These arrangements started a very long time ago, when Ashoka was the King of the Indian subcontinent King in the third century BCE and continues through many democratic and autocratic regimes in countries where Buddhism is the dominant religion. For the last twenty years, South-East Asia has grown the social engagement of Buddhism (mostly in countries like Burma, Vietnam and Cambodia). Now that we know more about the way justice works in Buddhism, I will explain how the Biblical justice works (Christianity point of view). Justice in Christianity involves making the entire universe (groups and communities, individuals and the cosmos whole) by remaining impartial and goodness. Christianity is considered a true helpful religion for those who need it, according to James, who says that the kind of religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world (James 1:27). In previous scriptures, he mentions as well, The righteous care about justice for the poor, but the wicked have no such concern (Prov. 29:7). Justice comes from Gods character and heart. Seeking to make the object of his holy love whole, is what motivates God throughout the Old and New Testaments in his judgments on sin and injustice. Only if we have hope and stay in contact with Jesus we can participate in his work of restoring lives, the church, and the world by the Spirit of the Lord. The church is to live now, considering Jesus restoration of all things. As we experience the wholeness that Jesus offers, we are to carry his justice forward in the world. We can see Gods heart in James epistle. James, fought against oppression to the poor people. He saw how the leaders of the church were favoring the rich and not taking care of those less fortunate (James 2:1-13). James tried breaking down these branches, as God tries to make his people whole. Christians still face the same problem nowadays, especially with the growing tendency of some Christians to downplay social justice to highlight personal morality. Jesus censored this in the Pharisees: Woe to you, teachers of the law and Pharisees, you hypocrites! You give a tenth of your spices†mint, dill and cumin. But you have neglected the more important matters of the law†justice, mercy and faithfulness (Matt. 23:23). Lets explain now the Buddhism and punishment. Buddhism is fundamentally based in the cycle of birth and re-birth (Samsara). It teaches that if someone must be killed for a crime he has committed, it will have big effects on the souls of both the person who committed the crime and the punisher in future incarnations. But Buddhism doesnt only punish people in future incarnations, it also punishes them in their current lifetime. Here is their point of view: Treating an offender in an inhumane way doesnt solve their misbehavior or those of humanity in general (killing someone before they are punished in this world is not accepted). The best way to treat an offender is reformatory rather than punitive. People should be punished in the right way, making the offender make amends. Getting him to rehabilitate into society should be of maximum importance. If someone punished the offender in a very cruel way, it will injure the offenders mind and the punishers as well. It seems almost impossible to severely punish someone with compassion. If this committed crime is extremely serious, the person must leave the community within he leaves, like his village, city, or country. Now that we know how the punishment works in Buddhism, lets talk about Christians point of view. From the Bible, Whoever sheds the blood of man, by man shall his blood be shed Genesis 9:6 I will approach this topic from the two angles Christianity has given to punishment: Taken from the Old testament and the New Testament. Old Testament The death penalty is introduced in the Old Testament Biblical and tells us that, in fact, God himself created the death penalty. Many Christians dont think that Death penalty should be a convincing argument The Old testament describes 34 capital penalties other than Idolatry, magic blasphemy and murder described in the Old Testament. Since these are not capital penalties anymore, Christians insist in getting rid of all the other capital offences and leave murder as the only one considered as a capital crime. New Testament In Matthew 7:2 we can see Whatever measure you deal out to others will be dealt back to you, although, it is not clear who deals with it: God or the state. By the other hand, Jesus said He who speaks evil of father or mother, let him surely die (Matt 15:4) When Pilate had to decide if Jesus should be crucified, Jesus himself told him that there was no choice to make, that this decision has been given to him by God. (John 19:11). It seems like Paul has his own idea of death penalty. From his scriptures we can see that the magistrate holds the authority does not bear the sword in vain; for he is the servant of God to execute His wrath on the wrongdoer (Romans 13:4). Capital punishment takes the commandment thou shalt not kill the literal way, affirming how serious the crime of murder is. This is based on taking this argument by its meaning, which could be interpreted as thou shalt not murder, but some Christians believe that Thou shalt not kill commandment should be a complete prohibition of killing, no matter the situation. In conclusion, we can say that these religions differ in some respects. For example, in Buddhism they prefer reformation of the person rather than punitive actions, while Christianity accepts punishment, but does not accept death penalty (depending on the Testament) unless its for murder. Buddhists believe that Justice comes from Karma (good things will happen to those who do good actions and bad things to those who misbehave in society), and Christians take justice the literal way it is given in the Testaments, but at the same time, justice must be applied comprehensively, being more understanding with poor people and more strict with those who have everything in life.
